Group Classes are open to anyone who wants to workout, learn to box or a combination of the two.

Our boxing classes incorporate classic boxing training and technique and high intensity functional movement.  Come be a part of the changing daily discipline. Every workout is different and challenging.

Group Classes:

- 6:30 pm – 7:30pm every weeknight.

- Every Sunday @ 9am
