Group Classes are open to anyone who wants to workout, learn to box or a combination of the two.
Our boxing classes incorporate classic boxing training and technique and high intensity functional movement. Come be a part of the changing daily discipline. Every workout is different and challenging.
-5:00 pm – 6:00 pm every weeknight.
-6:30 pm – 7:30pm every weeknight.
- 12 Noon – 1PM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
- 6:00 AM Monday, Wednesday, Friday
